DOCUMENT LEGALISATION, PETERBOROUGH
AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS
I provide legalisation to authenticate documents to ensure that they are recognised by overseas governments or official bodies. If you need a document for use overseas, it will need to be notarised and (usually) legalised at the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office for it to be considered as valid by the receiving authority. Get in touch with me today to discuss your legalisation needs

DOCUMENTS THAT REQUIRE LEGALISATION
Here are just some of the documents that you may need to have legalised:
• Birth certificates
• Adoption papers
• Certificates of origin
• Education certificates
• Marriage certificates
• Medical documents
• Business contracts
APOSTILLED DOCUMENTS
Once I have notarised your documents, they may (depending on the requirements of the receiving jurisdiction) still need further authentication from the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office. The FCDO will add a certificate called an "apostille" to the document, which verifies the authenticity of my signature and seal. A document may also require further authentication after being apostilled by the consulate of the relevant jurisdiction in the United Kingdom.
